CLINICAL PILATES
Clinical Pilates is a method of exercise, based on the principles by Joseph Pilates, used for rehabilitation after injury or surgery. The benefits of Clinical Pilates include improvements in: posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, co-ordination, balance, proprioception, core and pelvic floor strengthening to help minimise the risk of aggravation and re-injury
Clinical Pilates aims to provide a more individualised approach to your condition, treatment plan, level, ability and goals following a detailed assessment. CLINICAL Pilates differs from CLASSICAL Pilates where a general programme of set exercises will be routinely performed in a similar sequence
